Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each lefse.
Add cured ham, basil leaves and arugula over the lefse.
Drizzle with thick balsamic vinegar.
Roll the lefse tightly.
Wrap them in plastic wrap if desired and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for easier slicing.
Cut the lefse into slices just before serving.
Place the lefse rolls on a platter and serve.
