Instructions

Rinse the chickpeas well and drain them.

Add chickpeas, garlic, salt, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice and freshly ground pepper to a food processor.

Blend to the desired consistency.

Scrape down the sides if needed.

Adjust with a little water or more olive oil if the hummus seems too thick.

Season with more lemon, salt or pepper before serving.
