Honey Glazed Apples with Prunes and Onions

Instructions

Peel the shallots and cut them in half.

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the shallots for a couple of minutes, until they start to turn glossy.

Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into wedges.

Add apple wedges, prunes and honey to the pan with the onions.

Cook everything over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the apples start to soften and the honey coats the fruit and onions.

Season with salt and pepper before serving.
