Instructions

Heat the oven to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Cut the tortilla wraps into small triangles.

Place the tortilla triangles in a bowl and toss with olive oil.

Spread the triangles on the baking tray in an even layer.

Bake the tortilla chips on the lower rack for about 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly golden.

Let the chips cool briefly before serving.
