Instructions

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Cut the sourdough bread into even cubes.

Spread the bread cubes on the baking tray.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Toss the bread lightly on the tray so the oil is evenly distributed.

Bake the croutons in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Cool the croutons before serving or storing.
