Instructions
Wash the potatoes well.
Place one potato between two chopsticks or wooden spoons.
Cut thin slices into the potato without cutting all the way through.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Melt butter and mix in finely chopped garlic.
Brush the potatoes well with the garlic butter.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden, crisp outside and tender inside.

Tips & tricks
Use chopsticks or wooden spoons as guides when cutting. This makes it easier to create close slices without cutting all the way through the potato.
