Stir together room temperature butter, olive oil, finely grated garlic, finely chopped parsley and flaky salt in a small bowl.
Brush the corn lightly with oil if it is precooked.
Grill the corn over high heat for 8 to 12 minutes.
Turn regularly until the corn has even grill marks and golden color.
Brush the warm corn with herb butter.
Squeeze over a little lime just before serving.
