Instructions

Cut the plums into wedges and remove the stones.

Heat a grill pan or grill to medium high heat.

Place the brie and plums on the grill.

Grill the brie for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until it starts to soften.

Turn the plums during cooking so they get grill marks on several sides.

Arrange the brie and plums on a platter.

Top with honey and a little flaked salt before serving.
