Instructions
Break off the bottom tough part of the asparagus.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or grill over high heat.
Grill the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes, until they have clear grill marks but are still springy.
Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty smelling.
Cool the almonds slightly and roughly chop them.
Arrange the asparagus on a platter.
Tear the mozzarella into rough pieces and place over the asparagus.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds, chili flakes and a little flaky salt.
Finish with a small drizzle of olive oil.
