Instructions

Cut tomato, bell pepper, garlic and chili into pieces.

Add everything to a blender.

Blend into a smooth soup.

Add sugar, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chill the gazpacho before serving.

Cut cucumber, bell pepper and red onion into small pieces.

Top the soup with the vegetables just before serving.
