Instructions
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Add olive oil, garlic and chili flakes to a small saucepan.
Heat gently over medium heat until the garlic is soft and the oil smells aromatic. The garlic should not turn dark.
Place peeled shrimp in a small ovenproof dish or heatproof bowl.
Pour the hot garlic oil over the shrimp.
Top with a few drops of lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.
Serve gambas al ajillo with good bread.
