Instructions
Let the butter become room temperature before you start.
Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar together until smooth and airy.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well between each egg.
Mix baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour in a separate bowl.
Stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until you have an even dough.
Chop Daim into small pieces and fold them into the dough.
Shape the dough into balls and place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between the balls, as the cookies spread while baking.
Bake at 190 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Tips & tricks
Leave plenty of space between the dough balls on the tray. Cookies with lots of butter and sugar spread during baking, and spacing gives a neater shape.
