Did you know?

Crostini means small toasted bread slices and is often used as a base for Italian small dishes. Sourdough baguette gives more flavor than plain white bread, and olive oil helps the slices become golden and crisp. The neutral base makes crostini work with cheese, vegetables, fish and meat.
