Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Pour the chickpeas into a colander.
Rinse them well under cold water and let them drain.
Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
Add the chickpeas to a bowl.
Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
Mix well until the chickpeas are evenly coated with spices and oil.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
Shake the tray halfway through roasting.
Cool slightly before serving.
