Instructions

Finely chop the shallot.

Stir together lemon juice, honey, orange juice and olive oil into a dressing.

Add shallot and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the peel from orange and grapefruit so all white pith is removed.

Slice the fruits thinly.

Arrange the citrus slices on a platter.

Pour over the dressing just before serving.
