Instructions

Prepare a large platter or board with enough space.

Place the largest cheeses on the platter first.

Cut some of the cheeses into smaller pieces and leave the rest whole or in larger pieces.

Arrange the cheeses in small groups so the platter is easy to serve from.

Add fruit and berries between the cheeses.

Place the marmalade in a small bowl on the platter.

Fill empty spaces with salted crackers just before serving.

Tips & tricks

Take the cheeses out of the refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes before serving. This brings out more flavor and gives soft cheeses a creamier texture.
