Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Boil the cauliflower in water for about 15 minutes, until completely tender.

Drain the water well.

Add cream and butter.

Blend the cauliflower smooth with an immersion blender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the cauliflower purée warm.
