Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Finely chop shallot and basil.
Mix tomato, shallot, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Let the tomato mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Finely chop garlic and mix with olive oil.
Brush the bread slices with the garlic oil.
Fry the bread slices golden on both sides in a frying pan.
Spoon the tomato mixture over the bread just before serving.
