Broccoli Salad with Bacon

Instructions

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crisp. Let the bacon drain on kitchen paper.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook briefly in lightly salted water until tender but still slightly firm. Cool the broccoli well.

Slice the red onion thinly and roughly chop the walnuts.

Stir together crème fraîche, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Add broccoli, red onion, bacon, cranberries and walnuts to a large bowl. Fold in the dressing and serve.
