Instructions
Set the oven to 175 degrees fan.
Line a small baking pan of about 20 x 30 cm with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Stir in the sugar and let the mixture cool slightly.
Stir in the eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder.
Stir into a smooth batter.
Fold in chopped walnuts and chopped white chocolate.
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the surface.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is still slightly soft.
Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Do not bake blondies until completely dry. They should seem slightly soft in the center when removed, as they continue setting in the pan.
