Instructions

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the brie into 24 small pieces that fit the tartlet shells.

Place one piece of brie in each tartlet shell.

Set the tartlets on a baking tray.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is warm and soft.

Serve right away while the shells are crisp and the cheese is creamy.
