Baked Potato with Whipped Brown Butter

Instructions

Rub the baking potatoes with olive oil and flaky salt.

Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil.

Bake at 200 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.

Add the butter to a small saucepan.

Heat the butter until golden, foaming and nutty smelling.

Cool the butter until it starts to set.

Whip the butter airy with a hand mixer.

Season with flaky salt.

Cut the potatoes lengthwise and press them lightly open.

Top the potatoes with whipped brown butter and serve warm.

Tips & tricks
