Instructions

Heat the oven to 150 degrees.

Rub the cauliflower with butter.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the cauliflower in an ovenproof dish.

Bake the cauliflower for about 2 hours, until tender all the way into the stem.

Finely chop the hazelnuts.

Add butter and hazelnuts to a small saucepan.

Heat the butter until nut brown and fragrant.

Spoon the brown butter over the baked cauliflower before serving.
