Instructions

Rinse the apples and remove the cores.

Cut the apples into pieces and place them in a saucepan.

Add water, lemon juice and cinnamon.

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until the apples are tender.

Add sugar and stir well.

Blend the jam with an immersion blender if you want a smoother texture.

Pour the jam into clean jars and cool.
