Instructions

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes, until soft.

Add heavy cream, vanilla extract and finely grated lemon zest to a saucepan.

Heat over medium heat until the mixture lightly steams, but do not let it boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Squeeze the water from the gelatin sheets.

Stir the gelatin into the warm cream mixture until completely dissolved.

Add a little lemon juice and stir well.

Divide the mixture between glasses.

Cool slightly before placing the glasses in the fridge for at least 3 hours, until the panna cotta has set.

Blend the strawberries smooth with an immersion blender.

Serve the panna cotta with strawberry sauce on top.
