Instructions
Melt the coconut fat in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove the pan from the heat and add dark and milk chocolate in pieces.
Let the chocolate sit in the warm fat for a few minutes before stirring the mixture smooth.
Cool the chocolate mixture to room temperature.
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and airy.
Carefully stir the chocolate mixture into the whipped eggs.
Cut the soft caramels into small pieces.
Fold puffed rice and caramel pieces into the chocolate mixture with a spatula.
Use two spoons to shape the rice treats and place them on parchment paper.
Chill the treats completely in the fridge.
Top with salted caramel sauce just before serving.
