Carefully stir coffee and the chocolate mixture into the whipped eggs.
Fold in puffed rice with a spatula until well mixed.
Use two spoons to shape the rice treats and place them on parchment paper.
Chill the rice treats completely in the fridge.
Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle it over the rice treats.
Top with chopped nuts before the chocolate sets.
