Instructions
Rinse the plums and remove the stones if you want a smoother porridge.
Add plums, sugar and 5 dl water to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the plums are tender and easy to mash.
Mash the plums lightly with a spoon, leaving some pieces if desired.
Stir potato starch into 0.5 dl cold water.
Pour the slurry into the porridge in a thin stream while stirring well.
Bring the porridge quickly back to a boil until it thickens.
Pour the porridge into a serving bowl.
Cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
Serve the plum porridge cold with milk.
