Instructions

Crush the rusks into small pieces, preferably in a blender or with a rolling pin in a bag.

Melt butter in a frying pan.

Add crushed rusks, sugar and cinnamon.

Cook the mixture golden and crisp.

Rinse, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces.

Whip cream, sugar and vanilla sugar into airy whipped cream.

Layer strawberries, cream and crisp rusks in glasses or bowls.

Serve right away.

Tips & tricks
