Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries

Instructions

Rinse and hull the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.

Gently melt the white chocolate.

Mix Greek yogurt, sugar and melted white chocolate into a smooth cream.

Spread the yogurt mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle strawberries and roughly chopped almonds over the top.

Freeze for at least 3 hours, until the yogurt bark is completely firm.

Break into pieces and serve straight from the freezer.

Tips & tricks

Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer after breaking them up. Take them out just before serving, as thin yogurt pieces melt quickly at room temperature.
