Instructions

Set the oven to 190 degrees.

Grease fondant molds well with butter.

Cut dark chocolate into pieces and add it to a bowl.

Melt butter and pour the hot butter over the chocolate.

Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Whisk eggs and sugar lightly together.

Fold the chocolate mixture into the eggs.

Sift in flour and fold gently into a smooth batter.

Divide the batter between the molds.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is still molten.

Let the fondants rest for 1 minute before unmolding or serving in the molds.
