Instructions

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Rinse the plums, cut them in half and remove the stones.

Place the plums in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.

Bake the plums in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, until soft and juicy.

Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar to soft peaks.

Serve the baked plums warm with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts.
