Baked Pears with Lemon and Honey

Instructions

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Peel the pears and cut them into four wedges lengthwise.

Toss the pear wedges in lemon juice.

Place the pears in an ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.

Bake the pears in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, until tender.

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan until aromatic.

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.

Whip cream, vanilla sugar and sugar into airy whipped cream.

Serve the baked pears with cream and toasted hazelnuts.
